Online Bartender Course

With this bartending course you will get familiar with the Bartending basics, learn the main pouring techniques and some of the most popular cocktails with their making techniques as weel as their garnishes. You will understand the basic prinipals of the bartender role and his duties behind the bar. No previous bar experience/ knowledge is necessary when booking this course. We will teach you ALL you need to know! Available lenguages (ENG) English (IT) Italian Duration

Professional Bartender Course

With this bartending course you will become a master in spirit and cocktail knowledge. The flair skills you will gain will put you ahead of the rest when it comes to getting the right job in hospitality, you can even go a step further and sign up to the internationally recognised WFA yellow qualification! You get the equivalent of 2 months work experience in just 2 weeks, an intense, face paced course, designed to get you bar ready for any service environment. No previous bar experience/ knowledge is necessary when booking this course. We will teach you ALL you need to know! Duration

Advanced Bartender Course

Master advenced craft pouring and flair techniques, learn how to make homemade syrups, purees, cordials and bitters. Discover the history, recipes, techniques and equipment used thoughout the world to prepare the most iconic cocktails. Understand the art of Mixology with upcoming trends and create your own signature cocktails. A mistery box challenge will test and push your creativity, followed by an immersive tour showcasing some of the best bars, bartenders and cocktal creations thoughout London. Prior basic bar experiance necessary to attend this course! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Duration 1 week Monday to Friday 5pm-9pm

Essential Bartender Course

With this bartending course you will get familiar with the Bartending basics, practice the main pouring techniques, learn and practice some of the most popular cocktails and their making techniques. You will understand the basic prinipals of the bartender role and his duties behind the bar. You can even go a step further and sign up to the internationally recognised WFA yellow and WSET LV1 qualifications! No previous bar experience/ knowledge is necessary when booking this course. We will teach you ALL you need to know! Duration

About the course
This hands-on course will guide you, using sight, smell and taste, through the world’s key spirit categories and production methods.
The course is designed to introduce spirits in an interactive, structured and concise manner. You'll learn how to taste spirits using a systematic approach.
Successful students will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

  • Factors affecting the flavour of spirits
  • Tutored tastings of 10 spirits
  • How to serve spirits
  • How to describe spirits using the WSET Level

Do I need any prior knowledge?
No prior knowledge is required. All classes are delivered in English therefore a good level of English is beneficial. Duration 2 Days 5pm-9pm


WSET LV2 in Spirits

About the course
This course covers the main categories of spirits and liqueurs as well as the influences of production methods on the different styles available in each category. Students will develop high level analytical tasting skills while also exploring the use of spirits in cocktails. The product knowledge gained on this course will be a significant advantage to those working with spirits in both the on- and off-trade.
Successful students will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

  • How spirits are made
  • The characteristics of the main styles of spirits and liqueurs
  • How production methods affect style and quality
  • The major global spirits brands
  • Tutored tastings of around 40 spirits and liqueurs
  • How to taste and describe spirits using the WSET Level 2 Systematic Approach to Tasting Spirits® (SAT)

Do I need any prior knowledge?
No prior knowledge is required. All classes are delivered in English therefore a good level of English is beneficial.
Students completely new to spirits study may wish to complete the Level 1 Award in Spirits first.
However, this is not essential. Duration 3 Days 5pm-9pm

THE WFA GRADINGS TESTED GRADES
All tested grades are awarded by a Grading Examiner following an assessed exam which incorporates three individual components that you will learn during our course:
FREE POURING Accurate and clean free-pouring techniques that start with single handed, single bottle pours and progress through to multiple bottles with both hands.
SPEED MIXING Mixology knowledge, recipe accuracy & production techniques within a given time frame. Starting with individual cocktails, progressing to multiple drinks orders.
FLAIR BARTENDING Flair bartending techniques from working flair, exhibition flair and craft flair using various tools whilst making 2 cocktails. What will I get at the end of the course?
An internationally recognised qualification that demonstrates a professional knowledge and skill in flair bartending.
