With this short and intense Bartender course you will learn all the basic skills required to start your career, from free pouring to the most popular cocktail recipes and making procedures. We will also cover everything about the role of Bartender and service skills, equipment, glassware,ice and garnishes. No previous bar experience/ knowledge is necessary when booking this course. Advanced Bartender Course

Master advanced craft pouring and flair techniques. Discover the history, recipes, techniques and equipment used throughout the world to prepare the most iconic cocktails. Improve your speed and service skills with specific workshops. Understand how to structure, balance and present a cocktail A Twist on classic challenge will test and push your creativity. Prior basic bar experience is necessary to attend this course! Duration1 week Monday to Friday 10am-6pm(40 hours)

Master Bartender Course

Learn how to make homemade syrups, purees, shurb, cordials and bitters. Discover the most unique and advanced techniques and procedures Understand the art of Mixology with upcoming trends and create your own signature cocktails. A mystery box challenge will test and push your creativity, with a final cocktail competition to award the best mixologist of the course. Professional Bartender Course

This package will iclude the Basic, Advance and Master Bartender Course By choosing this course you will save more then £800. You will become a master in spirit and cocktail knowledge. The flair skills you will gain will put you ahead of the rest when it comes to getting the right job in hospitality. You get the equivalent of 3 months work experience in just 3 weeks, an intense, fast-paced course, designed to get you bar-ready for any service environment. WEST lv1 in spirits and the WFA Yellow level are included in the price. No previous bar experience/ knowledge is necessary when booking this course. We will teach you ALL you need to know! Duration3 weeks Monday to Friday 10am-6pm (120 hours)

Hospitality English Course

Communicating effectively and confidently is fundamental for a career in the hospitality sector. With our 3 weeks course, students will quickly gain confidence in their communication skills and improve their service. The course is designed to increase students’ speaking, listening, reading and writing skills while learning hospitality vocabulary and grammar. Students will practice functional language in realistic work environments and learn how to deal with and communicate properly in different situations. The course is interactive and uses a methodology to maximise performance. In each lesson, we will run role plays, pair-work and individual tasks to simulate the work environment.
What you will learn: -Communicating effectively with guests -Communicating properly with employers -Vocabulary: Food and beverage, the “slang” of the bar, the bartender’s tools, history of bartending -Speaking: presenting and selling products -Understanding: requests, orders, and instructions -How to prepare for a job interview The teacher: Giulia is a qualified teacher with 6 years of adult teaching experience, with Italian origin, but Londoner by choice. In 2014, she was awarded a Master Degree in English Language and completed her PhD in 2020. She has taught English language and grammar at the University of Westminster for 3 years. She is passionate about the hospitality sector and specialises in adult learning. Duration 9 hours 3 weeks course - 2 lessons per week (total of 6 lessons) Every Monday and Tuesday 6.00pm-7.30pm
all learning material will be provided by the school and it is included in the price

WSET LV2 in Spirits

  • About the course
  • This course covers the main categories of spirits and liqueurs as well as the influences of production methods on the different styles available in each category. Students will develop high-level analytical tasting skills while also exploring the use of spirits in cocktails. The product knowledge gained on this course will be a significant advantage to those working with spirits in both the on- and off-trade.
  • Successful students will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

Every students gets a training pack including: Study Book Workbook Level 2 Systematic Approach to Tasting Spirits® (SAT) Card
Do I need any prior knowledge? No prior knowledge is required. All classes are delivered in English therefore a good level of English is beneficial. Students completely new to spirits study may wish to complete the Level 1 Award in Spirits first. However, this is not essential.

The WFA is an association dedicated to flair bartending, bringing together bartenders from all sides of the globe and creating professional standards for flair worldwide.With over 8,000 members worldwide (more than 100 countries). A WFA Grade is a measure of the practical skills possessed by a bartender. Each grade is signified by different colours starting with white and progressing through 4 assessed grades, 4 competition grades and 3 world championship grades the highest of which is gold.

THE WFA GRADINGS TESTED GRADESThis is the starting point for many professional bartenders, establishing a foundation of practical bartending skills on which to build and grow. To earn an Assessed Grade, the bartender will need to pass a Grading Test demonstrating their skill and proficiency across the following 3 modules: FREE POURING Accurately free-pour the 2 most common measures (single/double shot) with either hand, using a bounce pour technique and additionally whilst performing a basic flair move.SPEED MIXING Produce 2 classic cocktails to specification in a target time of 1 minute.FLAIR BARTENDING Demonstrate 21 basic flair moves whilst producing the same 2 classic cocktails to specification within a target time of 3 minutes. What will I get at the end of the course? An internationally recognised qualification that demonstrates professional knowledge and skill in flair bartending. THE WFA GRADINGS TESTED GRADESThis is the second assessed grades To earn an Assessed Grade, the bartender will need to pass a Grading Test demonstrating their skill and proficiency across the following 3 modules: FREE POURINGAccurately free-pour 4 different measures with both hands, perform a chase pour (simultaneously pour different measures from each hand) and then execute a flair pour. SPEED MIXING Produce 3 classic cocktails to specification within a target time of 2 minutes.FLAIR BARTENDINGDemonstrate 26 specified flair moves whilst producing 2 classic cocktails to specification within a target time of 4 minutes. What will I get at the end of the course? An internationally recognised qualification that demonstrates professional knowledge and skill in bartending.Digital badge on WFA website, certificate and cocktail shaker awarded for each grade. Do I need a Yellow level prior to the Orange? Yes! You must complete the Yellow level to progress to the Orange. THE WFA GRADINGS TESTED GRADES This is the third assessed grade. To earn an Assessed Grade, the bartender will need to complete a Grade Test demonstrating their skill and proficiency across the following 3 modules: FREE POURING Accurately free-pour different measures from each hand whilst holding multiple objects and then using a Store & Pour. Perform scales (both hands simultaneously), complete a cross pour and finally execute a flair pour. SPEED MIXING Produce 4 classic cocktails to specification within a target time of 3 minutes. FLAIR BARTENDING Demonstrate 27 compulsory flair moves whilst producing 3 classic cocktails to specification within a target time of 5 minutes. What will I get at the end of the course? An internationally recognised qualification that demonstrates professional knowledge and skill in bartending Digital badge on WFA website, certificate and cocktail shaker awarded for each grade. Do I need an Orange Level prior to the Green?Yes! You must complete the Orange level to progress to the Green.
